As you can see, our holiday in Pebrokeshire got off to a damp start. Followed by a damp middle, and a sunnier end - although we'd left by then - Elspeth going back to school on the Friday.Folly Farm was our first port of call - with Nic & Dominic catching up with us later that day (they just managed to appear on the carousel before we broke the camera). Feeding the goats was a hit as you can see, as was the dog show after lunch - but after a few hours there we'd had enough and made a run for home - through Narberth, naturally, as it seems impossible to go anywhere in Pembrokeshire without going through Narberth - maybe it moves around??
We had a great time in all, feeding the animals at the Farmhouse and the kids loved it too - especially the pool.
There was also pizza-making which was good fun - although I'm not sure that cheese, tomato and banana will make it on to many menus - judging by Tom's reaction anyway.
There was also a trip to the world's windiest beach in Tenby, where we cowered in a cave. There's also a shot of the fantastic view from the Farmhouse we stayed in - in a brief moment when the mist & rain cleared.....
Better weather please next time!
